This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed on PixelMine for digital assets and creator resources.
PixelMine sells digital resources. Because files can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are not guaranteed automatically and may be limited based on download activity, creator-side delivery accuracy, and platform policy rules.
Refunds may be approved where a resource is materially misrepresented, broken in a significant way, duplicated accidentally, delivered incorrectly, or otherwise fails to match the listing in a meaningful manner. Requests submitted quickly and before extensive download/use activity are more likely to qualify for review.
Each request is reviewed against the time since purchase and download activity. Requests made soon after purchase and before significant use are more likely to qualify, while excessive download activity may lead to automatic rejection under the platform policy rules.
Heavy download activity, long delay before filing, repeated refund abuse, successful use in production, policy conflicts, or evidence of misuse may reduce or eliminate refund eligibility. Chargeback abuse or dishonest claims may result in account restrictions.
Refund requests are reviewed by platform policy rules and may be auto-approved, auto-rejected, or escalated to manual review. Admin may request additional context, compare order and download activity, inspect listing history, and coordinate with creators before issuing a final decision.
Use the refund request area inside your account dashboard. Include a clear reason, the affected purchase, and enough detail to explain the issue. Support tickets may also be used if additional technical investigation is needed.
