These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the PixelMine marketplace, including creator listings, customer purchases, support systems, digital downloads, refunds, and community features.
PixelMine provides a marketplace where creators may submit Minecraft-related digital products and customers may browse, license, purchase, and download those products. We may review, approve, reject, suspend, remove, or limit listings, accounts, files, payouts, support access, or marketplace features at our discretion when necessary for safety, compliance, abuse prevention, fraud review, or platform quality.
Users are responsible for all activity performed through their account, including purchases, uploads, payout settings, support messages, and license use. A seller account may also access customer-facing functionality using the same account. You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and avoid sharing access credentials with unauthorized parties.
Creators must only upload content they own or are fully authorized to distribute. Creators may not upload malware, obfuscated payloads, stolen work, illegal material, deceptive descriptions, infringing files, credential harvesters, or harmful executables. PixelMine may scan, quarantine, reject, or remove files and may freeze listings, balances, or payouts during any review. Creators are responsible for product quality, compatibility claims, update accuracy, and support representations made on listing pages or in direct communication.
Products may be sold under personal, commercial, or extended license terms as defined on the listing. Customers must choose a license that matches their intended use. Purchasing a product grants a limited license to use the asset under the selected terms; it does not transfer intellectual property ownership. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, leaking, sublicensing, or repackaging of marketplace files is prohibited unless explicitly allowed in writing.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. PixelMine may deduct fees, commissions, taxes, chargeback losses, dispute costs, refunds, or policy penalties before releasing creator payouts. Payouts may be delayed or held where fraud review, policy review, tax review, identity review, copyright disputes, or technical issues require investigation.
Refund eligibility depends on marketplace refund rules, license type, download activity, category-specific policies, misrepresentation findings, duplicate purchases, fraud indicators, or delivery issues. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. PixelMine may issue, deny, partially approve, or manually review refund requests. Repeated abuse of the refund system, chargebacks without good-faith resolution attempts, or manipulative dispute activity may result in account action.
Support tickets, creator questions, reviews, and community interactions must remain lawful, respectful, and relevant. Harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, social engineering, malicious attachments, impersonation, and attempts to deliver viruses or harmful payloads are prohibited. We may log, review, moderate, retain, or restrict communication features for safety and operational reasons.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts; remove products; block downloads; reverse balances; deny payouts; and preserve evidence when investigating abuse, fraud, infringement, malicious uploads, or policy violations. We also reserve the right to modify features, pricing structures, commissions, creator requirements, or marketplace rules over time.
The marketplace and all digital products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, compatibility, profitability, or error-free performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelMine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of the marketplace, creator files, support interactions, third-party payment processors, or customer implementation choices.
